At The Old Rectory Nursing Home, staff uniforms are designed to clearly reflect each team member’s role within the home. This helps residents, families, and visitors easily identify who is who, promoting a sense of reassurance, familiarity, and trust.
Each department has its own designated uniform, and all staff wear visible name badges at all times.
